Office PBX Solutions SSBG can provide a wide range of PBX services using both wired and wireless technology. We can meet all of your telecommunications needs, from basic office networks to more robust systems for small call-center environments, using standard PBXs or next-generation VOIP PBXs. Design Both domestic and foreign brand PBXs are available to meet your needs and budget. You can also chose between wired and wireless networks. Wired phone networks are well known to all and continue to be the preferred type for installation of a phone network. Wired networks offer security and call quality superior to current wireless technology. When CAT 5 cable is used in conjunction with a suitable PBX, these networks are capable of supporting full-motion video phones separate from the computer and the office LAN. Wireless phone networks continue to improve in security and call quality and have certain advantages. Little construction is involved in installing a wireless phone network with a PBX. In most cases, the existing phone lines can be used to connect the hub to the PBX. New technology and research is continually creating better security and call quality to rival wired networks. Components of wireless and wired networks PBX: This is the center of any private network of any size and incorporates all of the functionality of the phone system, including messaging and phone features. Cabling: Even with a wireless network, the wireless phone base must be physically connected to the PBX device and can use the existing phone wiring in the office, if suitable. Wireless Phone Base: This allows access by wireless handsets to the PBX. Some models of wireless base units can handle multiple calls at the same time. These base units can provide signal strengths from 900 MHz to 2.4 GHz for longer range, call clarity and available channels. Installation Once a solution is agreed upon, we will install the phone network at a time convenient for you. We can also arrange all the applications you need for getting new telephone numbers, transferring existing numbers, providing roll-over switching for trunk-lines and VOIP for international calls.. |
